I’m training for… I’ve never been able to do full, unassisted pull ups or push ups in my life, and I want to change that!

What I do with RenFitness is…go to classes and do personal training. I have trouble keeping up a healthy pace when I try to train by myself, and I don’t want to come up with my own workouts. Plus I like knowing there’s someone there to keep me from hurting myself.

My favorite thing about training at RenFitness is…I like that the gym zeitgeist assumes you are always going to be pushing to be better, but never at the expense of what is healthy for you.

I’d like to share with everyone… It feels good to be strong.
