Workshop: Pelvic Floor 101

This is a 2-hour interactive workshop with movement components and a Q&A, and an S&U coach will moderate the online space to make sure questions are brought forward! Flexible pricing for this workshop ranges between $5-$20, with all funds going to Brianna!

Brianna earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy at Texas Woman’s University in Houston, TX.  During and after graduate school, she received training on pelvic floor physical therapy in addition to her orthopedic manual skillset. As a competitive powerlifter, Brianna enjoys working with athletes who experience stress urinary incontinence. She is passionate about providing care to individuals in the LGBTQ+ community, especially people who are trans and pregnant! In her spare time, Brianna enjoys playing board games, lifting heavy, and watching stand-up comedy. She runs Empower Physiotherapy.

The registration deadline is 12 hours ahead of time for the in-person participation, and up until the start of the clinic for online participation. We require proof of vaccination and mask wearing in our physical locations.
