Using barbells is a great way to increase your strength and body awareness, as well as have fun and push your limits incrementally! Whether you’re brand new to barbells or have years of experience, our coaches will help you zero in on great form, always putting safety first. This class is a combination of learning/honing barbell compound lifts and gaining confidence and competence under and around the bar. We’ll also use other lifting equipment and do some bodyweight exercises to supplement our work with the barbell.
