This class meets via Zoom. There’s no need for equipment, just a little bit of space to move your body and an internet connection! This class focuses on bodyweight movement and creative ways to link them together to work on control, balance and mind/body connection.
For this class, we move through a variety of positions, including moving down to the floor and standing up. Some movements involve supporting your weight on your wrists. Your coach will give options for movements, so pick ones that work well for your body! Just let your coach know during class out loud or using the chat function if you need a different option than one that’s been given.
Prepare for class by having a mat /towel to lay on and water close to hand! If you have resistance bands, you might use those as well.
