Kettlebells are an extremely versatile tool for strength and conditioning! This class is primarily strength endurance and metabolic conditioning, with a focus on body balancing and injury reduction. There’s a learning curve to working with kettlebells – the workout is adjusted to make sure each person feels supported in their movements. This is a great class for people in all bodies and all levels of kettlebell comfort!
Please bring a mat /towel to lay on and a water bottle to class (whether you’re attending via Zoom or in person)! If you’re joining via Zoom, kettlebells are optional (see this household alternatives list).
