Kettlebells & Core

This class will combine the use of kettlebells with core movements for full-body strength circuit-style class. We will focus on technique, mobility, strength, and power. Movement options (including non-weighted variations) will always be offered – exercises will move between standing and lying down.

Please bring a mat /towel to lay on and a water bottle to indoor class. If you’re joining via Zoom, kettlebells are optional (see this household alternatives list)!
