Midday Movement

This class meets via Zoom. Need a break? This 30 minute low-intensity class is meant to help you center yourself in your body through breath work, mobility, core activation or progressions and simple movement flows. All levels are welcome, and the class begins with the instructor checking in to see if any particular areas need some extra breath and movement that day. You’re welcome to keep your camera off if that feels more comfortable for you!

Prepare for class by having a mat /towel to lay on and water close to hand!
