Move & Groove

This class lives up to its name! It’s a great blend of work on mobility/stability, strength, core and conditioning, using a variety of equipment. Come prepared to get sweaty with some fun flows, connecting movement and breath together! Exercises often move from the ground to standing and back again, with movement options for everyone that reduce impact or soften level changes. 

Please bring a mat /towel to lay on and a water bottle to class!
