We’re gonna get sweaty! Come join us outside for some fun movement – let’s take up some space! These classes take place in one of two locations around Seattle (Baker Park and Salmon Bay Park) – both have accessible parking, but note that Baker Park does not have an onsite bathroom. Workouts are done on the grass, and sometimes use benches or other equipment around the park. A variety of movement options are offered for every exercise, allowing you to modify intensity and positioning to best fit your body’s needs that day.
Please bring a mat /towel to lay on and a water bottle to class! If you have a long resistance band and/or a small loop band, bring those along as well!
