Pilates Conditioning

This class was formerly called High Intensity Interval Pilates (HIIP).

This Pilates class uses the high-intensity interval training technique in which you give all-out one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. Reminders are given throughout class to help you listen to and respect your body’s signals, and low-impact or no-impact adaptations are always highlighted. Exercises often move from the floor to standing and back again, so comfort with those types of transitions is helpful (though other options will be provided). It’s a whole-body workout – if you enjoy Move & Groove & Bodyweight Flow, definitely give this class a try!

Please bring a mat /towel to lay on and a water bottle to indoor class. If you’re joining via Zoom, light hand weights are optional!

All classes are for all levels, so you are welcome to join any of them just as you are! Members can use the resources below to help you feel more prepared, if that feels good to you. All of the preparatory resources are available to Class & Gym Access Members through the Member Content on our website.

Pilates is 50% core, 25% strength, and 25% mobility.
