Pilates Flow

This class was formerly called Mat Pilates.

This class focuses on lengthening and strengthening musculature without bias or judgement of shape. You’ll work the entire body, including small and large muscle groups, with a focus on proper form and alignment building strength in the entire body. Most of the workout will take place on the floor, so make sure you have the support needed in that position. Movement options are given to support all participants!

Please bring a mat /towel to lay on and a water bottle to class (whether you’re attending via Zoom or in person)!

All classes are for all levels, so you are welcome to join any of them just as you are! Members can use the resources below to help you feel more prepared, if that feels good to you. All of the preparatory resources are available to Class & Gym Access Members through the Member Content on our website.

Pilates is 50% core, 25% strength, and 25% mobility.
