Training for Ultimate

This is a sport-specific offering for ultimate athletes! This circuit-based class uses strength/power/agility movements with a strong focus on form and technique. All levels are welcome – these workouts will help you reduce injury and improve your on-field performance, and you’ll get some great time with your community. Movement options will be offered for all bodies, and less dynamic versions of some movements are always available.

Please bring a mat /towel to lay on and a water bottle to class!
