Yoga Strength

Yoga Strength combines Yoga Flow movements and strength-based circuits to offer a well-rounded movement class. We will start out with full-body mobility work (flowing standing yoga postures), then move into core work on the mat before progressing into weighted strength exercises using various equipment (kettlebells, barbells, bands, dumbbells, etc.)

Please bring a mat/towel to lay on and a water bottle to class!
