Ballard Pop Up: Single Leg

Saturday August 27th, 1-2pm

Ren will lead a class focused around “single leg” exercises – how to warm up/activate the right musculature, how to find stability, and what kind of movements work well to create right/left symmetry.

Note: all single leg movements will have staggered leg or other assisted options – this is a great class for anyone who wants to explore the balance and grounding aspects of these types of movements, whether you’re comfortable on a single leg or not! 

This pop up class will meet at Salmon Bay Park in Ballard unless the weather is too bad to be outside. If that’s the case, we will send a message to everyone and the class will move to a hybrid offering.
