Image of the womxn's pro training calendar. December is a Foundations/Fundamentals month, with 2-3 lfits a week and 2 running workouts a week. The pre-season runs from January through March and has 1-2 lifts and 2 running workouts a week. The in-season runs from April to June with a peak at the end of June. During the season there are 1-2 lifts and 1-2 running workouts a week, with volume dictated each week by the team's competition schedule. This calendar is set according to past competition schedules and can be adjusted to changes by the pro league.
